Do you want to really make a difference
                                                in your community?
                                                              In our state?
                                                                     In your life?

If you could make just one charitable contribution that would support literally hundreds of nonprofits and social service agencies fighting critical issues such as:

   HungerCancer Preserving the environment
   HomelessnessDomestic violencePromoting tolerance
   IlliteracyPoverty & countless others
                                                                               …would you?

Say YES to that question with your contribution to the Volunteer Center of Rhode Island (VCRI) and make it happen!

VCRI plays a vital role in this process by engaging volunteers to be of service to nonprofit agencies, educational programs and healthcare organizations striving to enhance the quality of life here in RI. We are also an essential partner to the nonprofit community by providing much needed support services helping many of your favorite charities maximize their ability to do more of what they do best for the community.

Contributions to VCRI make it possible for us to help tens of thousands of individuals annually from throughout the state find critical and timely information and referrals to current volunteer needs. We provide cost-saving recruitment and management services that allow organizations to grow and sustain their volunteer programs so that  their dollars go where they’re needed most – to the services provided to people in need.

VCRI needs your support now to continue the vital, effective, high-quality services, professional staff and programs we are known for - programs that enable your favorite charities to recruit, train, retain and honor the volunteers they desperately rely on to meet community needs. For nearly 40 years, VCRI has served as the only statewide volunteer center and community resource of its kind. With your help now, there will be hope for another 40 years of making it possible for so many others to give their time and talents to help many more within our cities, towns and your community.

Please consider a contribution of time and/or money to assist VCRI in continuing this ever-important effort. Your contribution of $35, $50 or $100 will go a long way in spreading the word about our volunteer programs. As the only statewide volunteer center that exists for all community members to utilize, we take our responsibility seriously.
