VCRI offers Board Development Services to increase the effectiveness of nonprofit boards of directors.  These services include:

• Board recuitment/referrals services using BoardNet USA through our website
• Board placement services on a fee for service basis, which includes a generic board responsibilities orientation for each candidate, as well as a skills/interest interview and continued consultation until candidate achieves placement
• Consultation on a fee for service basis, customized to your particular board needs
• Workshops on board responsibilities, utilizing your board in fundraising, achieving diversity on your board and fiscal stewardship
